Please read these terms carefully before integrating your social accounts and using Yirally.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting your Instagram Business accounts, or using any service provided by Yirally, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account & Registration
To access the features of Yirally, you must register for an account (via Auth0). You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Meta & Instagram Platform Policies
Our application integrates directly with third-party networks (specifically Meta APIs).
* You must comply with all Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Platform Policies when using Yirally.
* We do not assume responsibility or liability for modifications, outages, or account suspensions imposed by Meta on your Facebook or Instagram Business accounts.
* You agree not to use our automation and AI tools to send unsolicited spam, engage in deceptive activities, or violate Meta's community guidelines.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Reverse-engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise Yirally web application security.
- Using automated scraping tools to collect data from our dashboard.
- Creating automations designed to harass, stalk, or send inappropriate/adult content.
- Circumventing API limits or using our platform to distribute malware.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yirally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the services or any integration-related API downtime.
