We collect information directly from you, automatically when you browse our website, and from third-party social media integrations.
Account Information:
Your name, email address, password, billing details (processed securely via Stripe), and profile settings.
Instagram Integration Data (Meta API):
When you link your Instagram account, we access permissions such as profile details, media, comments, and messages. This includes message content, sender ID, timestamp, and metadata needed to process your custom automation triggers.
Usage Data:
IP addresses, browser details, page views, and interactions within our dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect only to provide and improve our services, specifically:
- To enable account creation, verification, and subscription billing.
- To process incoming Instagram comment and DM events via webhooks.
- To trigger AI agent replies and custom workflows according to your instructions.
- To compile engagement analytics for your integrated social accounts.
- To provide technical support and security updates.
4. Data Security & Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transmission encryption and store credentials (like access tokens) encrypted in our database. We do not sell or lease your personal information, nor do we share webhook data with unauthorized third parties.
5. Data Deletion Instructions
You can revoke access to your social integrations or request the complete deletion of your data from our database at any time.
Option A: Revoking Instagram Access
You can remove our application from your Instagram/Facebook settings under "Settings & Privacy" > "Website Permissions" or directly by disconnecting the account on the Yirally Integrations tab.
Option B: Requesting Full Account & Data Deletion
To request complete erasure of your account and all associated Instagram data (including cached message logs, workflow statistics, and tokens), please email us. We process all data deletion requests within 2 business days.
